Looking for a property lawyer

Wondered if anyone had recommendations for a good property lawyer? I'm a first time buyer, though I've been renting in ED for a while now, and keen to keep costs as reasonable as possible. It should be a fairly straightforward transaction. Recommendations would be hugely appreciated. Thanks!

There's a firm called Arc Property Solicitors who provide fixed fee for conveyancing. Usually around ?235.00 fixed fee.
