Jelly Belly trial classes this Saturday at Goose Green Clinic open day!

Jelly Belly Pilates & Training will be part of the Goose Green Clinic open day this Saturday.


1pm - 1:30pm Postnatal Pilates class with Kellie Moore

Check for any abdominal separation, learn some simple and effective exercises you can do at home, ask any questions related to starting exercise after having a baby! Suitable for natural or caesarean births and baby is welcome too.


1:45pm - 2:15pm Pregnancy Fit class with Zoe Baggi

See how you can keep active during your pregnancy using safe and effective exercises. Ask any questions you may have and find out specific exercises that will help any physical issues you may be experiencing.

    • Most of the groceries shops in Lordship Lane have a security presence…curious thing is I and another woman recently saw a shop lifter lift and not pay for a couple of packet of steaks, veg and bottle of wine..  Literally walked Pat the tills, one member of staff and security guard despite someone else going in front by a few people and mentioning person in question! I have to say, speechless and admired their bravado - I would not have the guts and knowing my luck, if I accidentally didn’t put something tru the till despite receipt would prob get stopped! Yes, worked with families, homeless and other people who were struggling for food so I do understand why they do it.. sad when you think about it, that in this day and age, all sorts of c people need assistance and help from community in general, food banks, olio etc….
    • Just not keen to have all these  things  in my body… having said  that, thinking about Covid again as need to come to London to two hospitals for poss overnight stays. 
    • And another one, number 6, has just gone passed as well!  I presume that the LTNs are blocking them from a more useful route. Or the surrounding road works. 
    • Yes, I saw an incident van too, earlier, around 3.30 - never seen one before. It did look as if it was on its way to something major.
