?40 cash offered for removal of bags of dirt/gravel

We had our front garden spruced up and it resulted in 28 small bags full of dirt, rubble and gravel. Would happily pay someone ?40 to collect and dispose of properly. See pic. We are in Se24 and the bags are lined up out front. PleAse PM if interested. Thanks
