With only 9 weeks until Christmas, now is a good time to start planning your present and wish list.

To make it easy for you, I am now offering One-to-One Make-up lessons for ladies in and around the Dulwich area.

During this 2 hour lesson, I will show you the best make-up techniques to help you to achieve a natural and flawless complexion so that you can look and feel confident every day. We will go through your existing make-up collection and I will also recommend products that I feel would work best for you and your lifestyle.

You can choose your lesson to take place at my home in SE22 or in your own home (If based locally) - on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Sunday mornings from 10am - 12pm.

Please feel free to pm me here or through my website http://www.hairandmakeup4u.com for more details and T&Cs

I look forward to hearing from you

    • Why have I got a feeling there was also a connection with the beehive in Brixton on that road next to the gym
    • Ah, thanks,  it all comes flooding back. I've actually been to the Hastings shop, I'd forgotten all about it, along with her name! Didn't she (in between?)  take over what  was then The Magnolia, previously The Magdala, now The Lordship, with her then partner? Or is that some figment of my imagination?  In fact, didn't they transform it from The Magdala (much missed) to The Magnolia? With flowery wallpaper covering the front of the bar? Which reminds me of the pub's brief period after The Magnolia  as the ill-conceived and ill-fated The Patch.

    • A belated recommendation for Iain and Paul od Oddbods who came to help me with various jobs before Christmas.  Painting ceiling, renewing silicone around bath, repairing a window sill which was almost beyond repair and hanging a large mirror.   Very happy with their work and they are friendly and very reliable and excellent at communicating.  No hesitation in recommending them.
