Damp proofing and timber preservation services.

Hi,

We have fantastic reviews on this forum and the majority of our work is in and around Dulwich and is on a recommendation basis.

We pride ourselves on giving an honest appraisal of any damp and timber issues and would rather turn work away than quote for work that does not exist!

We do charge ?99.00 for an inspection which will include a full report emailed to you within 24 hours. The report includes photographs, recommended remedial treatments (if there are any) and a quotation for any works. If our quotation is accepted the survey fee is reimbursed in full. If no works are recommended, then hopefully you will agree, we may have saved you a substantial amount of money paying for unnecessary works.

Please check out our website www.sedamp.com or contact Dean Austin on 07702210957. Our office telephone lines are currently broken but contact can be made through Dean on his mobile or alternatively email us at [email protected]. If your call is not answered please leave a message and he will call you back.

Kind Regards

    • Steve used to joke that my old VW Golf kept them in business. I've got a more reliable car now so maybe that's why they are closing. Sad day.
    • Is Dell Autos closing down completely or just moving? For whatever it's worth, for MOTs I've had good recent experience with The Test Centre in Deptford. They only do MOTs so they don't have any particular incentive to fail you and they usually have same day appointments. Open 7 days a week and late. https://www.thetestcentre.co.uk/our-test-centres/deptford-branch/ Obviously you would still need a "normal" garage to do servicing and repairs etc.
    • So what is the issue? You want compensation for the loss of value, or you want to expedite the matter?
    • No. What happened? I actually thought, considering it was what we used to call Guy Fawkes Day last night, the loud noises from  fireworks ended remarkably early. About 9pm? Maybe I just fell asleep and didn't hear any later ones. Do people actually burn Guys any more? Apart from at places like Lewes, where I believe they still have Bonfire Societies and burn effigies of various political figures etc.
