Garden shed needs rebuilding

Our old garden shed is brick on the bottom half and the top half is wood. The brick is generally sound but the wood is rotten and needs pulling down and re building. The current roof is asbestos cement which needs to be taken down carefully and wrapped in plastic to be disposed of safely, and a new roof put on.
