Quote for floor sanding needed

I'm looking for a quote to sand and repaint a floor in a room of roughly 4m x 1.5m. The floor is the original flooring from when it was a school; thin slates and has a slightly uneven surface.

Please include the hire of all equipment, repainting/varnishing as part of the quote.

We're based in queens road Peckham.
