Hi

We are a group of residents applying for the Right to Manage our own building, a 60s block of 15 flats in Forest Hill.

I'm investigating a property management company to use when our application comes through, can anyone recommend a property managing company? (preferably one that manages other blocks in the SE23/SE22 area)?

Many thanks

I can highly recommend Ashton & Grosvenor who have been managing our block of flats on Wood Vale Forest Hill since 2011. What a relief it was for Diana Lewis and her staff to take over everything that needs doing her telephone number is 01244318115 email: [email protected].

Good luck

    • But... you returned at 4.03pm... 🤷‍♀️
    • Hello, Does anyone know of any climbing, basketball or badminton clubs that are local to Peckham, East Dulwich? My son’s weekends are full of football and rugby training but I’m struggling to keep him busy (off a screen!) on week evenings. I’ve looked into the London Community boxing but sessions sadly start at 4.30 and he’s not back from school until 5.  Any recommendations gratefully received!
    • Be careful out there  !   I got a ticket for 1 minute over  on Lordship Lane   ---- with a blue badge , on a single yellow ...    I returned at 4.03pm to find the ticket -- he waited till 4.01pm with ticket and then scarpered  Naturally i appealed it and this was the response   We refer to the informal challenge you have made against the issue of the Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) JK17113680 You were parked on a single yellow line with one yellow kerb marking. There is a sign at the location advising that no loading is permitted Monday-Friday, 7 am to 10 am, and then 4 pm to 7 pm. Loading is permitted for a maximum of 40 minutes between 10 am and 4 pm, and then again after 7 pm. You were observed parked at 4:01 pm. and therefore issued a PCN for parking at a time when the rule applies. The purpose of this rule is to improve traffic flow and safety at all times. This contravention is immediately enforceable, and therefore, a PCN can be issued straight away as no observation period is needed. This rule applies to disabled badge holders, too; it is not a situation where you may use your disabled badge. Although your Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) was correctly given, we have cancelled it on this occasion, as a gesture of goodwill. Please note that this cancellation does not set a precedent for other PCNs issued in the future under similar circumstances, as each case is dealt with on its own merits. Yours sincerely Anita Hayler Southwark Parking
