damp recommendation please

we have had damp appear in two areas of our downstairs so need someone to look at what's going on and fix...

can anyone recommend anyone?

I've used http://londondampsolutions.co.uk before, based in Croydon. They injected a chemical damp proof course and replastered a small section of wall. Was happy with the work, and they were very professional to deal with... but not cheap.
