Corner shop Forest Hill Rd/Dunstans

...the one opposite the DIY place. Anyone know what's going on with it? It's been boarded up for the 4 years that I've lived on Ryedale but there seems to be something happening.

Any insider info?

was owned by the DIY shop opposite couple of years ago,

their timber yard is behind the shop in the back garden of it

so i assume its still owned by the DIY shop
