How do you set up a group

I was checking out my setting page and I discovered a groups section which appears to be unused. I would like to set up a Electric musicians group where we could talk about all things related to musicianship, theory instruments playing live and experiences. can anybody tell me if this can be done.

Groups hasn't been implemented here, nor do i know of any plans to do so.

Do feel free to start up a thread in the lounge on that theme though, many threads serve the same purpose of special interest groups, such as the football, poetry, photography, theatre and so on.
