If you are watching the Children in Need show tomorrow night on TV, keep your eyes peeled for Goose Green School! The School rang a unique challenge for students as an event for Children in Need week. Pupils were invited to develop, write and then present a persuasive argument to a panel of teachers on what changes they would make if they were to be Headteacher for a week. The winner was granted the prize of being student Headteacher for this week! This came to the attention of Children in Need who invited the young winner and the teachers supporting her to appear on the Live show tomorrow!


It's all very exciting!

      I definitely have some grass cuttings, and various bits of plant cuttings etc, which has been piling up in my garden. I’ve been meaning to bag it up, but don’t have much time on account of two small children.  if that helps?

      Walking around Belgravia and Knightsbridge stopping to look at window displays in Harvey Nics and Harrods. Tea at The Ritz and Burlington Arcade. Theatre without doubt - concert at Royal Albert Hall. Must go to Fortnum and Mason and Foyles Bookshop. London is magical at Christmas Time whoever and whatever one does. Personally, avoid Winter whatever it's called in Hyde Park - usually near Hyde Park Corner - got it Winter Wonderland. Expensive, tacky. See what’s on at Sachi Gallery in Sloane Square - sounds really crazy but a walk thru any of the parks and even a row on the Sepentine plus visit that gallery.

      Both great ideas. I went round that house in the early eighties (I think it was, may have been later),  but I think the tour is differently done now (and a lot more expensive!)
