Disposing of cement

How do I get rid of an old bag of cement (no longer useable)? Any ideas?

In a skip or down the tip, or ?5er to builders with trash they're gonna skip.

Whenever I've had a smallish one-off item to dispose of that the council won't take, I've just asked someone locally who has a skip outside their home if they would mind if I dropped it in. So far they've all said it would be ok. London can be neighbourly if you engage...

If you get stuck JEREMY you can dump it in my front yard, I've a bunch of stuff piling-up and one old bag of cement won't make any difference, there's still more rubble to join it anyways.

ETA: to clarify I'm responding to OP, not creating a community tip in my front yard...

Turns out the tip DO accept cement! I was fully expecting them to suck their teeth and shake their heads.
