Small Carpentry job - Top of Newel post for bannister cut to size

As above really, we have purchased the top wooden round bit for the newel post on our bannister but need someone that could work out the right angle and cut it to size to fit the bannister railing. It's only a small job so struggling to find someone! We're near Goose Green playground.

  Someone else other than the tories? They fleeced our country,left us In the brown stuff and got annihilated in the last election as a result of that. In my opinio they're part of the problem and not a solution.
