Grr. Pilates class cancelled again this morning at Dulwich Fusion. Can the management please send that particular manager on a course as he really needs to understand how to deal with customers. He had no idea what class it was, which teacher it was and we had to tell him to contact her to find out what was happening. He delivers everything with a grin and a shrug of the shoulders and has dealt with issues in a similar manner previously - grr.
