NURTURE NATURE TREE DRESSING AT GROW MAYOW COMMUNITY GARDEN 30 November 2014 11:00 - 14:00

Grow Mayow Community Garden Project is pleased to announce that in addition to their weekly NATURE KIDS sessions on Thursday morning they will be hosting a natural tree dressing day as a way to both recognise and celebrate trees and the biodiversity they support during the Tree Council's National Tree Week (November 29 - December 7 2014 http://www.treecouncil.org.uk/Take-Part/National-Tree-Week).

NURTURE NATURE will take place on 30 November 2014 from 11:00 - 14:00 and all decorative hangings will either nurture nature (i.e. incorporate food for birds or homes for insects) or celebrate the beauty of nature by being made from found natural materials - no plastic or other non-organic/compostable materials please!

The festivities will start with our monthly art and story event held by Story Hug, at 11:00 on Sunday morning. The making and story telling workshop is ?3 per child plus a ?1 family donation to Grow Mayow Community Garden Project (http://storyhug.com/category/outdoors/).

Join us for a day of all ages celebration and craft making and help us say thank you to the trees and to the life they support!

    • Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.
    • So do I, but I think they are in trouble as well.  Anyway, that space wouldn't be big enough.
    • I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which  said that  Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
    • Reeves says she's in charge and no no's Rayners plan, what happens now?
