WANTED End of tenancy clean THIS WEEK

Hello,

We have a two bedroom flat on Peckham Rye that we are moving out from this week. It is in fairly good condition and we have confidence in cleaning it ourselves to a very good standard but our contracts stipulates that we require a professional clean, with receipt evidence.

So ... at the last minute we are looking for an honest local company/individual who can do an end of tenancy clean either this Wednesday (tomorrow) or Thursday.

  I've never been in a stand-off with a fox, and have never heard of this happening to anyone else before! we have foxes on and off in our garden and they tend to be quite timid. Our dog goes bananas when he senses one so that might keep them away. As for cats and foxes, i once saw a small one running up Denmark Hill for dear life mid-morning because it was being chased by a cat
