I hope you have sought medical attention as well. You should have antibiotics as well, as someone else has said. You could get sepsis too. -

A mother of 2 preschoolers riding their bikes on the pavement who I had to carefully negotiate did indeed see it as a teaching moment. As I walked away, I heard her say to her children "Guys you must look out for the old people." It was the day I officially became old. 😄 -
