Mail going missing from Forest Hill Rd P.O

Has anyone else experienced this?

I recently had a parcel go missing which I posted from the post office on FHR. It's been three weeks and the recipient still hasn't got it. In the past year I've had three other parcels sent First Class which took between 6-9 working days to arrive, all of which were sent from FHR... hmmm

I use this post office to send parcels, usually 3 or 4 a week, and have never had any trouble.
