I recently bought the pfilates dvd (pelvic floor pilates) as I have a mild prolapse due to a ventouse delivery. Just started the 'Learn These Movements' section before going onto phase one. So far, I find it easy to engage the pelvic floor in the Learn These Movements section which is good because I feel like I'm getting a good pelvic floor workout. Anyone else used this dvd? esme Posted December 21, 2014 Author Share Posted December 21, 2014 Not heard of that but I found Pilates before and after pregnancy really helpful :)I did classes at Dulwicb leisure centre and also recommend pre natal yoga with Michele Misgalla at Goose Green clinic on ED road...
