Looks like a great idea - similar to Little Dish food range but this will help Eaves, a domestic violence charity campaigning for women and girls...

I'm quoting bits from the website now:

Tiny Diner has been created by the registered charity Eaves. Inspired by the women and girls it supports, to generate income and create training and employment opportunities for women who have faced domestic abuse, sexual exploitation and human trafficking.

Tiny Diner is a start-up with a social conscience, passionate about fresh, organic and delicious baby food!

With a team of experienced volunteers including child nutritionists, a professional chef, and key industry figures in food and marketing, we have developed a brand and range that we all believe in. In doing so we have managed to attract the interest of high street retailers including Sainsbury's, WholeFoods and Planet Organic. If we succeed, with your help, in this campaign soon Tiny Diner will be in your neighbourhood!

The Tiny Diner chilled, organic baby food range will provide babies, toddlers, and young children with the healthiest and most nutritious baby food possible. Tiny Diner draws on the trend for fresh, local ingredients incorporating seasonal produce wherever possible, with transparent labelling of nutrients to aid busy parents. The meals will be sold chilled and can be frozen by the consumer or the retailer.

Tiny Diner Board members include the Chief Executive of Eaves, Senior Marketing Strategist at Google, CEO of Nando's Global Grocery, Head of Commercial Finance for Diageo, Partner at Hogan Lovells and Head of Marketing and PR at ClearlySo.

    • As I understand it Charlie Smith did put himself forward for selection in GG but Labour members chose someone else to represent them, Liam McGrath https://southwarklabour.com/our-candidates/   It'll be interesting to see if there are other defections - surely the Greens want a drip, drip, drip of news from now to May suggesting the momentum is with them.
    • Thanks for your feedback - we always appreciate hearing from members about their experience. The pool temperature at JAGS Sports Club is maintained at 29oC, in line with industry guidelines for mixed-use pools.  This temperature has been designed to balance comfort for lane swimmers and families. Air temperature is also monitored regularly to ensure a comfortable environment for swimmers, spectators and staff. The shower Temperature Mixing Valves (TMVs) were changed in December to improve consistency, and we hope this has made a noticeable difference. If you would like to discuss your experience in more detail, please contact us directly at [email protected] or 020 8613 6500 and we'll be really happy to help.
    • One wonders if he would have defected if he had, ahem, held on to the leadership of Southwark and whether he felt that "Labour are no longer the vehicle for social justice" during his leadership election........my how quickly things change in the thoughts of a politician 😉 I think this sums things up quite nicely: A senior Southwark Labour spokesperson hit back: “Local residents can draw their own conclusions about Cllr McAsh’s swift move from Labour leadership hopeful to the Green Party, after he didn’t get his own way. While he’s thinking about his own career, Southwark Labour are delivering for residents.” One wonders if he will stand as a Green candidate in Goose Green.
    • No doubt if he determines to stand for a ward he will enlighten us - at least his track record is one of using this site to communicate (inter alia). I would suspect that (1) his personal views on traffic will have remained consistent but that (2) his views on local democracy and proper consultation will have as well.
