Recommended Local Interior Designer

I'd like to recommend an interior designer who's been helping me to revitalise my home. Egon Walesch has a lovely relaxed manner and has really understood our needs and constraints. He has made the design process fun and interactive, and we are in the process of creating beautiful contemporary spaces with character and style. Rather than imposing, he works with you to get the most out of the space - and the budget - you've got.

I've found it made good economic sense to hire Egon. As well as helping to realise the potential of my home and adding value to it, he has great tips on sourcing and can get discounts on products to help save on "big ticket" items.

Have a look at his website egondesign.co.uk

Interior Design Industry is very grooming from a recent years. So i am planning to be an interior designer, and I would love to read your thoughts about some of the top interior designs academies. I would love to study online. I have found Think Interior Design Academy based on USA. Anyone already heard about this academy?

Thank You

    • I'm glad you've had a good experience/dealings with him.  This has been our  experience/dealings (or lack of) with him.
    • The whole point of a family meal is for us to celebrate the families birthdays and we have traditionally paid. Both daughters only work part time and have mortgages etc.  The food was good at the Vietnamese [lace but was spoilt by the overcharging of beverages. The 2 veggies usually share each other's food!  £30 per head is way too much especially given the children do not eat much. When you do a booking at £x per head that usually covers all adults and children and only toddlers sharing parents food go 'free'
    • Anything could have happened.  There may  have been a medical or family  emergency for all you know. In my experience Tommy Rooney has been an excellent communicator, and your description of him doesn't sound like him at all.
    • I agree. I'm just glad I gave up decades ago. I used to smoke very heavily (tobacco, not anything else!) and if I was still smoking that heavily now I probably couldn't afford to eat! Not to mention the effect on my health. But when I was growing up almost everybody smoked. How times have changed! BTW what on earth is "fake tobacco"? What is it if it isn't tobacco?
