Alan Medic
My son sent documents to a University there and after 4 weeks they still haven't received them. Is there any chance they might still arrive or do we have to consider them lost? Has anyone had any experience of posting to China? Just wondering can something take that long to be delivered and/or is it hit or miss sending anything there? DulwichFox
Documents should take 2-3 days and need to clear customs.. Eroguronansensu
Post going to China seems to be awful at the moment, I know of 3 people who have posted off items to China all seem to be held in customs and this is from November Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/52599-posting-to-china-courier-service/#findComment-808998 Share on other sites
Eroguronansensu
And I personally post quite a lot of items overseas, my longest wait for post to be delivered is 6 months to the USA, go figure......I had given up all hope of it arriving, luckily the buyer was very honest and repaid me :-) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/52599-posting-to-china-courier-service/#findComment-809029 Share on other sites
Alan Medic
Has anyone used a courier service to China you can recommend? Time to send replacement documents. jlg
Hi,I post to China regularly via Royal Mail International signed for and generally have no problems. Last medium parcel posted on the 14th DEC and has just arrived so not a bad service. The biggest problem i find is when nobody has signed for the item the other end and the re-delivery card gets misplaced and items are not pick up from there side. I've also experienced customs taking 4-7 weeks before releasing items back into the postal system.
