Need a designer to renovate our reception room

I've had lots of structural stuff done in the house, but now on to the reception room. We need someone to put together a concept for us, from start to finish including (we imagine)

- redoing cornice

- colour scheme

- draft proofing and painting windows

- replacing french door

- replacing rads

- replacing fire surrounds

- sofas

- rugs

- art work

- TV solution

- shelving

I work full time so would love someone to be able to take on as much of this as possible (or at least coordinate efforts!). Please get in touch if you've done something like this before?
