Hi Everyone,

I'm setting up a new business called The Little Hero Company which runs Superhero Training activity sessions for 3-6 year olds.

The sessions will involve practicing super hero moves (a bit like Tree Fu Tom), super hero assault courses, and discovering superhero fun facts (e.g about spiders/spiderman etc). Kids can of course come dressed as their favourite superhero!

I've got my first venue booked for 6 weeks ? the East Dulwich Community Centre on Darrell Road ?with sessions on Saturdays at 2.30pm, 3.30pm & 4.30pm, starting with a free taster session on 24th Jan. Then its ?7.50 a session, so ?37.50 for the next 5 weeks (dates are at bottom of this thread).

So if you think your kid(s) would enjoy unleashing their inner superheroes, please let me know by responding to this post/sending me a PM, or you can email me at [email protected] or phone me on 07813791757.

I also have a website http://www.littleherocompany.com/ and Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/littleherocompanyUK with a bit more info.

Happy New Year and I hope to see some of you at Superhero Training!

PS. I am recruiting for a helper/additional Superhero Trainer on these sessions, so if you know anyone who might be interested, then please get them to contact me as soon as possible.

Many thanks

Lucy

    • I haven't had a rude EVRI delivery but last week I had an unexpected delivery at 10.42 pm. He didn't ring the bell or knock on the door (or rattle the letter flap) but just took a photo and put the box down.  If it hadnt been for the door camera giving us a beep we would never have known there was a parcel ready to sit there all night.
    • Sorry if I’m being slow but there’s no point in having a gate then is there?  Would have thought it was basic manners to respect someone’s property
    • I didn't say wedge it "slightly" open. I meant to wedge it fully open.
    • I have a rescue Spanish greyhound (galgo) from the charity mentioned above. You can contact Greyhounds in Need or one of the more local Kent greyhound rescue charities. They are fantastic family dogs. They do love walkies 2 or 3 times a day but they actually don't need to be walked too far and then they will happily loaf around on the sofa being very chill. They are brilliant with kids but not recommended if you own a cat as they have a strong prey drive. They also should be kept on the lead in local parks. They prefer to be around other sight-hounds (well my one does) and there are loads of local sighthound owners in Peckham, Crystal Palace etc and a very lively WhatsApp group that is brilliant if you need dog sitting as you can usually find someone to do that for free in return for you looking after the dog at a later date etc.
