Joiner Recommendation

I'd recommend an entirely unoriginal choice for this forum: Malcolm Weir of Weir Woodwork (http://weirwoodwork.com/)

We asked Malcolm to create some bespoke storage and floating shelves for us before Christmas, having read his rave reviews on the forum beforehand.

He didn't disappoint. We were delighted with his work and he was fantastic to have around the house during the day: unobtrusive, reliable and the results are superb.

We will hire him like a shot in future for other work.

The only downside is that he does get booked up and is very busy, but definitely worth getting him round for a quote.

Hope that helps.

    • I had no idea there was an EDF summary email. Can't people just look on the EDF itself to find out? There's an events section!
    • It depends how the problem was investigated, which might not mean testing the scales. As I've already said above, people can check things for themselves when they buy things.

    • Looking to move in the area and was wondering about the experience and quality of Dulwich Wood Primary or Paxton as would be closest? Don’t want to sound in a bad way but was worried about the massive amount of council housing around those. The school has some modern facilities though and is close to Kingsdale for secondary.   Or should we consider other schools and areas in Dulwich?   Let me know if anyone has experience there
