5 FREE Gym memberships to give away with personal training package

Recommended Posts

Passionate about helping people attain their physical goals, I specialise in weight-loss and have helped, and am currently helping a wide range of clients achieve their goal weight and aspired body composition.

I have over 5 years of experience in Personal Training and believe my expertise and knowledge are what you need to start shredding those pounds and put you on the path to a fitter (and lighter) future.

An initial consultation is all you need to decide whether I'm the right trainer for you. In the consultation we will discuss not only your goals, but the barriers and special circumstances currently stopping you from achieving them. Modern day life - jobs, family, personal life and countless other factors can be obstacles that impair set training and nutrition programmes. I understand the needs of each client are different and this will be reflected in the specialised fitness plan that we will together assess for you.

I have appeared on the Channel 4 documentary ?Alex Brooker, my perfect body? where I trained TV presenter Alex Brooker on his quest to rid him of his unhealthy lifestyle and lose weight. In 8 weeks he lost 11 kilos and 6 % body fat! To see more fantastic results achieved by working with me, please visit the website via the link above.

    • A quick assessment on having a barter scheme amongst the community. An exchange of goods and services may be really helpful during these difficult times.    I wonder if it’s something that someone would be willing to set up separately and link to the forum? Or perhaps  an additional aspect of the forum itself if it was easy to include? I don’t have IT knowledge to set this up unfortunate, but I do have skills that I could offer. From past experience, it would probably work best as a direct exchange rather than coupon credit.    I may be flaunting the rules by posting on this twice, admin please feel free to delete one if this is the case.

Thank you for stepping up.   whilst I’m here, I was thinking it would be a good idea to have a barter scheme amongst the community. an exchange of goods and services may be really helpful during these difficult times.    wonder if it’s something that someone would be willing to set up separately and link to the forum? Or perhaps  an additional aspect of the forum itself if it was easy to include? I’ll put it out on the forum to evaluate interest.
