Can someone help with fitting new worktops?

Hello,

I'm looking to get some new worktops in a small kitchen in East Dulwich and wondered whether anyone knows of someone who could fit them? I have a sink and gas hob sunk into them and they would need to be re-sunk into the new worktops.
