This summer we are going back to Thailand!!! Join us on holiday of fitness, well-being and fun!

This is a great opportunity to keep active whilst on holiday, to get fit or push your fitness on a different level; it is also for those ones who want to practice their fighting skills; training provided by experienced Muay Thai coaches and body conditioning with myself.

Annamaria will guide you and support you through 12 days, we'll promise you, you will come back much fitter, healthier, relaxed and more in control of your eating habits.

You can choose from full, basic or student packages also hotel or hostel accommodations.

Annamaria is resident personal trainer at Jags Sports Club since 2008; also teaching Boxing and Thai Boxing Fitness classes in several club including Jags and Brockwell Lido.

  Andy Burke Plumber December 2025 Andy was recommended and I'm so glad he was! I generally don't like inviting strangers into my home for any reason really but when you have a repair you have no choice. Andy is a kind, very pleasant decent guy. But most of all he's, trustworthy, very knowledgeable and extremely conscientious about his work! He wants to solve the problem for you and keep the customer happy. He was very kind to work around my schedule to sort my repairs. I live alone and I'm very comfortable in his company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He's what you want in a tradesman.   I walked by Honest Burger around lunchtime today and they had just opened. They haven’t publicly promoted the opening yet because they were focusing on the building work, but the guy I spoke to was really friendly. They’re giving away free lemonade as an opening promotion and mentioned that residents should download their app because they can get a free meal after buying a certain number of meals. Sounds like they also do takeaway as well. I told him that Honest had been trending on the EDF, so I would post about today’s opening.

  Hello Saria, He is my cat - I live across the road from you. Thank you for looking after him - I can assure you that he has a home, is well loved and fed despite his excellent act at appearing homeless (all a ploy to get snacks and cuddles!) Please feel free to shoo him out of the door. He has a catflap to get back in the house, but seems unable to work out how to use it! Many thanks again, Alice
