Mindfulness and coaching tailored to you

Recommended Posts

Hello All

Are you leaping into 2015? if not then why not?

I offer one to one coaching with mindfulness to help you move forward in a direction thats right for you, narrowing the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. My sessions provide you with the space and tools to tap into whats really important, to build the skills and confidence to take actions towards things that you really value, whilst building resilience to cope with some of the curve balls that life seems to throw sometimes.

So be it changing a job, improving your wellbeing, slowing down or being truer to yourself, we can work together on it.

My fees are sliding to fit to your affordability so feel free to get in contact regardless of your circumstances.

my contact details are [email protected] 07852 172 880

So a little bit about me, Well, as cliche as it sounds I really like helping people grow, and I have created a nice medley of skills to be able to do this to! For over 13 years I have worked as an occupational therapist within mental health services and have been working as a coach for the last 6 years. I am a trained mindfulness facilitator, and also have formal training in Cognitive behavioural Therapy, Clean Language, motivational interviewing, NLP, Acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion focused therapy and goal setting.

Possibly more importantly i have lots of experience in working with people to develop beyond their perceived potential, to get the most out of life and to be true to themselves along the way.

I look forward to hearing from you soon,

Anna

    • I think part of the problem may be that if you are a cyclist and  can see cars and pedestrians after dark, e.g. lit by streetlights and headlights, you don't realise that they can't see you when your bike has no lights and you are dressed in dark non reflective clothing. The other part of the problem may be that you just don't care, of course.
    • It was normal cyclists, in rush hour traffic, in the dark, in the rain. Just really want people to realise it’s that time of year even more careful and to get kitted out.
    • The other consideration is that users of Lime bikes and similar, plus younger pedal cyclists, probably don't view themselves as 'cyclists' as such and so don't get kitted out or even consider that they need to. I also agree that earlier nights are another factor for the casual or hire bike user more used to cycling in the summer. I don't think I have ever seen a hire bike or scooter user wearing a helmet or reflective gear- presumably that is because the bike is just viewed as a transport tool for short term use and users do not want to be encumbered by any of the safety gear? Before anyone jumps on me for anecdotal evidence and speculation, this is just what I have seen round here, there may be hordes of similar users elsewhere that are kitted out.
