Burst water main - very top of Canonbie road SE23

There is a burst water main this morning at the very top of Canonbie road SE23, Water has cascaded down the hill across the road and frozen right down to Netherby road and Westwood park, Canonbie road and Netherby roads are impassable due to the sheet ice. - Please be extra vigilant if using these roads.
