Looking for recommendations for builders

Hi all, I am looking at having a single story extension built at the rear of my house and finding the right builder is very important. Extensions are not cheap and once built you have to live with what you are left with. So I would like some recommendations for builders, from anyone who has had an extension or major work done on their houses.
