scrap mdf - old wardrobe - how to dispose?

Hi

i live in east dulwich and have an old wardrobe that needed to be dismantled. its just white mdf so i don't think anyone would want it!

how should i dispose of the waste? i don't have a car and its pretty bulky!

does the council do pick up for this sort of thing?

I put scrap mdf on the forum for free and people came for it...
