Warning - gutter cleaning service

Hello, just a warning about a gutter cleaning service called Thames Gutter Service (http://www.thamesgutterlondon.co.uk/). At first very pleasant and promised to provide photos of service and also receipt for (cash) payment, but turned quite unpleasant when a small issue arose and fairly aggressive on the phone. They have failed to provide evidence of cleaning the gutters or a receipt. They are not responding to text, phone or email. We have no idea if they have done the work or to what standard; I can only suspect they haven't done the work despite taking the money (which was given to them in good faith).

A lesson to be learnt and not sure what we can do but if this stops 1 person using them then that will at least be something.
