NickHorn
Just wanted to let the community know that somebody tried to steal my motorcycle during Thursday night from where I live on Goose Green. I seriously doubt it was a very professional attempt as they stuck what I assume was a screwdriver in the ignition and jammed it back and forth but failed to start it. They did succeed however in causing a few hundred pound worth of damage. Please make sure your bikes are secure!CheersNick Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/54466-attempted-motorcycle-theft/ Share on other sites

PeckhamRose
Sounds like kids and an opportunistic situation. Cover your bike with a good cover, cut two holes where the cover goes either side of the front and back wheels, then thread D-Locks/other good locks through them so the cover can not be lifted up so easily. Or try and hire garage space. Sorry this has happened; assumed you told the SNT.
