Wonderful builder

If you are looking for a builder I would highly recommend David O'Brien and his team from DRJ builders. He works with a structural engineer and an architect and can handle just about anything. We didn't use an architect, they worked from my scruffy pencil sketches and structural engineers drawings for the bifolds.

They did a refurb for us - completely reconfigured the kitchen, new electrics, plumbing, bifold doors in new opening, window fitting, chimney removed inside and out, new bathroom, walls moved, etc, etc.

They adapted to some fairly major mid build changes (moving walls and fitting bathroom). They finished the job on time and to budget. Great people to have around, here everyday, all day, no delays, no subcontracting. They did a fantastic job and they will keep coming back to fix any snagging at no extra charge. 100% satisfied. Could not have wished for more.

www.drjbuild.com 07960938621 Their registered address is out of the area but David lives locally in SE23. I imagine the demand for builders in SE22 outstrips the number of builders living in SE22 capable of bigger builds so I am risking the wrath of the administrator to post this review.

    • If you’ve got four quid spare, go and try one. Myself, I like the mozzarella and spinach, but there’s no accounting.
    • More of a Steak Bake kinda thing, then.
    • You might want to try the Peckham Facebook community group. I am located in East Dulwich & have 2 well-used scratchers: A large single post (ideal for an adult cat) & a small cat tree with 2 short posts (ideal for kittens) While the wear & tear is nowhere near as bad as the one shown in the link below, ideally the sisal should be replaced to get the best use out of it (& neutralise the scent of another cat) hence why I haven't donated these to a shelter. You may find this link helpful: https://thegreenmadhouse.com/diy/how-to-repair-your-cat-scratcher But you can just get a brand new one between £10-£30 on Amazon that'll last much longer. It all depends on what type of scratcher you're looking for; material, size, vertical or horizontal. Your little lion will let you know by whether they're currently scratching down or up, like a mat or armchair for example. More than happy to send location & leave in front garden for pickup.
    • Would happily take it off your hands! Preferably in Peckham. Thanks 🙏🏻
