Can I suggest that everyone uses the "update on new charter school" thread instead of this one from now on? It will save double posting.

BeccaL, see my last post on that thread which responds to your post as well as posts by some of the Habs parents steering group.

My final post on this thread before switching to the other one!

We will be formally responding to the Harris consultation and when we do we will make our response publicly available on the forum. We are also e-mailing all of our supporters to remind them about the consultation events tomorrow and members of the Charter working group are planning to attend both sessions.

It talks to the couple who ran SNARL, and provides something of their account of how the project began, developed and ended, and the effect it had on their lives then and subsequently.   https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m002j5nr

    • Hi all, it’s been a while since I last posted so I thought I’d provide a quick update on what we now can offer. Alongside the usual bespoke joinery (wardrobes, bookcases, alcove units etc), I’m now also working with a wider range of veneered boards (ash, maple, walnut, etc.) as well as fluted/reeded panels for anyone after a more textured, high-end finish. I’ve also been adding more lighting options to my fitted furniture – warm white LED strips with sensors or remote controls, ideal for wardrobes and bookcases. They make a huge difference once fitted and really elevate a space. If you’re planning a project and would like to explore these options, please feel free to get in touch.
