Learn more about how to keep your child SAFE

? How do I know if my child is using or dealing cannabis...what are the signs?

? What can I do if I have concerns that my child is involved in offending?

? Sexual Exploitation: what it is it...could it happen to your child?

? Are there any local services that could help me or my child?

Southwark Youth Offending Service are hosting an evening for families to come and learn more about how to keep our local children safe and to find out about services that may be useful. We will have presentations from specialists in the fields of substance misuse and child sexual exploitation.

We will be providing delicious refreshments for everyone and there will also be a prize raffle for those that complete our feedback form.

    • Between Herne Hill and North Dulwich gives you good options for transport. You have the line into London Bridge, trains to Victoria and the Thameslink into City Thameslink. Plus it's not too far from Brixton tube.
    • Wow - will do as you say - just find it extraordinary one needs to post something so trivial as this on forum - each to their own. Been a%member for a long time and know the-forum well - bought sold, given things way, had hubs and offered advice…
    • You do know that this post is the reason that forums exist? So that people can ask for help, advice etc.  I'm not sure what "...daughter of mothers"  means but if you mean friends, not everyone has friends, or is confident enough to ask other mums at the school. Oh and you it's nothing to do with your age -  be kind, be helpful or if you can't, leave it to someone who can.
    • We got our daughter's done at Superdrug. They have a designated, trained member of the team so it's not just a random shop assistant who does it.  It was fine, there's not much to say other than the piercings are in the right place and there's been no problems afterwards
