Can anyone recommend a sports physiotherapist locally? Can go to them or if treat at home would be good too.

I can highly recommend Iris at ESPH on Lordship Lane. Maybe not formally trained as a sports therapist (worse checking if that's important to you), but she really really knows her stuff.
