Dear all,

Birds chirping, flowers blossoming and days getting longer (and sunnier) again :) Spring is in the air! So, time for some spring cleaning ... from within!

Our transformative Mindfulness & Meditation workshop continues to run monthly, with the next session on Sat 21st March, 9.30am - 12.30pm. Still time to join for some insight- and delightful clear out. Drop-in, or get a discount for multiple bookings :)

Keep in mind (or put in your diary :) the next dates after this:

21st Mar | 18th Apr | 16th May

In these workshops you will uncover the tools that will lead you to a state of meditative awareness, a sense of balance, equilibrium, health and well-being. You will explore meditation practices by which you will gain a deep understanding and awareness of our mental and emotional processes.

The Yoga Room ED also offers Yoga and Antenatal (Pregnancy) Yoga, Women Yoga Circle and much more!

    • Between Herne Hill and North Dulwich gives you good options for transport. You have the line into London Bridge, trains to Victoria and the Thameslink into City Thameslink. Plus it's not too far from Brixton tube.
    • Wow - will do as you say - just find it extraordinary one needs to post something so trivial as this on forum - each to their own. Been a%member for a long time and know the-forum well - bought sold, given things way, had hubs and offered advice…
    • You do know that this post is the reason that forums exist? So that people can ask for help, advice etc.  I'm not sure what "...daughter of mothers"  means but if you mean friends, not everyone has friends, or is confident enough to ask other mums at the school. Oh and you it's nothing to do with your age -  be kind, be helpful or if you can't, leave it to someone who can.
    • We got our daughter's done at Superdrug. They have a designated, trained member of the team so it's not just a random shop assistant who does it.  It was fine, there's not much to say other than the piercings are in the right place and there's been no problems afterwards
