Needed floorboards sanding and painted

Hello can anyone recommend a company for the following -

I have a 3 bed house that has exposed floorboards throughout. I am wanting all the floorboards sanded and painted. The unfortunate thing is it isn't an empty house it has furniture in it (which I can move from one room to another once the works starts). Can anyone recommend a good flooring company that could deal with this job? I would ask for trades people but as the house has furniture in already it may feel like too big a job for one person.
