Baby Massage in Brockley - New Course starting next week on Wednesday 25th March

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let you know that there are a couple of places still available for our next Baby Massage Course at the Sunflower Centre in Brockley starting next week (Wednesday 25th March). The Sunflower Centre is a beautiful cosy venue with lovely views over Hilly Fields - plus there are lots of lovely cafes just a stones throw away for a catch up with the other parents after class :-)

BABY MASSAGE

Our baby massage classes are run as a 5 week course - each class lasts for around 1 hour. You will learn to massage a different part of your baby's body during each class, recapping and building on what we learnt the previous week until, in the final week, you give your baby a full body massage. We also cover relaxation and calming breathing practices for mummies, massage sequences for colic / gas and simple baby yoga moves. I also incorporate all you need to know to create the optimum massage conditions at home and give you copies of the massage strokes so you can massage your baby between classes. The courses are informal and very social so it's also a great place to meet new mums and their babies :-)

Course details are as follows:

Course Start Date: Wednesday 25th March

Course Finish Date: Wednesday 22nd April

Class Times: 11.30am until 12.30pm

Venue: At The Sunflower Centre (81 Tressillian Road, Hilly Fields, Brockley, SE4 1XZ)

Click here [www.thesunflowercentre.co.uk] for directions to The Sunflower Centre

    • Yeah you're right. I realised later that he does flap and is clearly v sensitive to criticism.
    • Not sure were you're getting 'cool rishi' from. I thought he had quite a reputation for being tetchy.
    • Myself and my family has the last couple of years had some problems with the downstairs neighbour. He seems to have some serious mental health issues and believes we are targeting him by stamping the floor, slamming doors, moving boxes in the middle of the night etc. etc. The list is endless what he is complaining to the council about. The majority of his claims are simply just made up or caused by really thin walls and floors between our flat and the downstairs flat he lives in. (We are a really quiet family but have kids). We feel harassed and threatened by him but the Resident Services Officer is not helpful at all. The fact that he once threatened physical violence towards us (which was reported to the police) hasn't made any difference.  Any suggestions what we can do to solve the situation? Any ideas who we should talk to at the Council to get somewhere?  I should maybe add that we own our flat (Southwark Council is the freeholder) and he is a council tenant.
