Very happy to recommend a local carpenter called Uwe Cohrs, who has just custom-made some shelving and drawers for our living room. He has also recently fitted shelving for a library area at Heber School and I believe he also made the shelving units at Rye Books.

Very nice chap, punctual and tidy, and reasonably priced. Website wwww.uhecohrs.com

  Aria was great, he managed to come the same day after what had turned out to be a pretty long day at work and fix a really bad blocked pipe that needed to be resolved as soon as practicable. He’s lovely, professional and really helpful. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the area. Thanks Aria!

  I’m not sure home delivery will replace physical supermarkets. I got the impression that they’re generally loss- making for the retailers and they’d much prefer to encourage customers back to the shops. I read somewhere that the typical Ocado order was around £100 but costs Ocado £120 to fulfill. It works for M&S because they have roped Ocado into a contract where Ocado carry the bulk of the loss.
