Whats happening at the RYE?

Checked out the RYE for a quick pint but there were some builders and no carpets etc looks like a revamp is in progress, any ideas.....

There's a thread somewhere on here about it but I can't find it on the search. There's a revamp in progress.

I too tried to go there on Saturday for lunch but bumped into the owner who said the revamp is to be finished by this weekend, fingers crossed.
