Hello, I'm Jesus, originally from Madrid. I've just moved to London to learn English.   Much as I'd like to support the Co op, I think the one in Lordship Lane is a really depressing place to shop in, and it would be great if a Waitrose replaced it. I don't suppose M&S would be delighted, though (and Waitrose probably wouldn't move in, for the same reason).
