Wanted - Lawyer dealing in property lettings

Our son is a student at Kingston uni sharing a rented house with 4 others. They had no hot water from sept - dec 2014 as the boiler was 'being replaced' - it's a long slightly complex situation and we and the tenants are aware of our rights as stated in their lease but landlady is not responding and we now need to take it to the next level very soon.

Can anyone recommend someone who specialises in this field? thanks
