Recommendation for tailor/clothing alterations

I'm looking for recommendations for a decent tailor/alterations shop in the East Dulwich/Peckham Rye area. I've got a favourite old leather jacket but unfortunately, the stitching where the sleeve meets the shoulder has worn away. The leather itself, as well as the stitching track, is intact, it's just the actual thread that has gone. Can anyone recommend anyone who might be able to help with this? Picture of the problem attached.

  They're good lads, and actually I had a repair they don't do and they recommended Pitstop Repairs as their go to for that issue.
