Wanted: Auto Electrician

Can anyone recommend a good car electrician for what I hope is an easy job.

This morning I took the satnav cable out of the cigarette lighter, and the cigarette lighter came off with the plug. The aircon then stopped. I assume that when the lighter came out, it pulled on a wire and disconnected the aircon from the back.

So I need somebody to tinker around with the wires. Anyone have any recommendations?
