Well kept, modern house with one master, one double and one single room, wooden floors downstairs and open plan, fitted kitchen with all mod cons, downstairs double shower bathroom and upstairs white modern bathroom, bath with shower over, lots of storage space, sunny patio garden. Very close to a bus stop, great transport links, lots of nice food shops and cafes - Sydenham is changing very fast and has a nice buzzy feel to it.

  Thanks. I'll call them shortly as I could get there without the car. That's good of Sainsburys! We've done the apple pie and tart thing, an ongoing muesli thing and the coleslaw thing - just not sure what effect all the sugars are having on our digestive tracts. If we were in Somerset and had a press, I'd consider it. Can't be that diffcult, can it?

  One time Sainsbury's delivered 6 bags of apples instead of 6 single apples which I couldn't possibly get through. I phoned Pecan in Peckham to ask if they would accept them despite their website stating no fresh foods. I must have phoned at just the right time as they were happy to accept them. Sainsburys gave me a refund so the donation was courtesy of them. Or you could experiment with all kinds of apple recipes and write a blog about it
