Proj London Health
Nay bother,Sam, Tom, mum and you will have a super time :-)2 FREE personal training sessions first, Dulwich Park or on the Rye as a group.Adductors (inside of the thigh) and Abductors on the outside will need conditioning prior the events. These are sabilisation muscle sets, allowing the Quads and Hams to transfer forwards. I'm a former SAS, triathlete coach from Imperial College, London and leading forensic scientist. Cycle training is evil with me, nay back off but you will be faster than others - totally trust McCabe. Can of tuna and a can of beans before the ride or event (complex carbs and a protein breakdown - re-breaks to carbs).Hurt before the event, on the bike make sure your leg extention is 95% - the final kick is your strongest. Want some fun? - gentle ride to the Caterham 5-ways roundabout - A22 to the M25 roundabout and back (c.2.5-miles each way). Arse out of the seat on the hills. Hi Vis and defo flashing lights with new batteries - I used recharge. If you can't climb each of the two hills each way then give up now!MS, Neuro, Sickle Cell, remission etc...... I will work you harder.McCabe Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/56242-ed-mans-gruelling-challenge-for-mum-cancer-research/#findComment-836322 Share on other sites
